Backlog Hygiene

• Archive stale items every month
• Keep upcoming 1–2 sprints well groomed
• Use labels/tags: bugs, tech debt, spikes, features

PO Responsibilities

• Be available for clarification
• Define acceptance criteria
• Understand capacity before committing
